I had the craziest adventure this last week, where i made a cake and FLEW it to the Gold Coast! All 8 kgs of it in the over head lockers! Was very nerve wracking i tell you! But i managed to get it to the wedding with only minor problems of which i fixed and no one would even know! I just wish i had taken a photo of me and the cake waiting in the airport! The cake was for an old friend of mine for her beach wedding to her scottish husband, and what a beautiful little wedding it was. The cake was a simple white iced choclatemudcake and fruit cake, wrapped in ribbon to match the bridesmaids.
