Win some, lose some

Now there were a few hiccups, i must admit, making wedding cakes are quite stressful! a few things ive learnt along the way....

• How to transport a cake, one horrible afternoon ended up with a smooshed cake and my mother hearing me say the "f" word, over and over again for about 10 minutes, as that was all i could say.
• Sometimes the mother will try and decide for the bride, and the bride will act completely bored and uninterested...until the day she gets the cake and its not what she wants....grrrr
• White chocolate collared cakes are not possible in mid summer heat with a 45 minute drive to take to the venue!
• Croquembouche ( chocolate eclair balls stacked into a tower) also not good in summer or travelling!!!
• throwing things on the floor when im angry doesnt help anyone
