At the moment I am pastry chef for a catering company Tommy Collins, doing brilliant things in Melbourne. I am really honoured to be able to have as much creativity as I want in my job. It is that time of year where things are really...busy. Function upon function, upon function. But on Saturday I got to work at a wedding function where Tommy Collins were catering and I got to produce a lovely cake table. The venue, just outside Geelong, was incredible. Close to the water, with a beautiful warm night, it was too good! Here are a couple of photos of the dessert table and wedding cake, made by me for Tommy Collins Events. I couldn't recommend these guys enough for any Melbourne catering needs.
