I recently caught up with a good friend of mine, and she emailed me this picture! It is one of my frist cakes that i made for the Auckland Hospitality show. I look on this picture and i cringe a little!!! The things we do! But i wanted to do something completely different to everyone else, and i remember my granny making us those cakes where a doll had been pushed inside it and the rosettes piped all over the cake to look like a skirt. This was my own special Little Bo Peep version of this!
