A few birthdays here and there

Now i must let you know, in this little proud moment of mine, that whenever got a new cake that i had never done before i went straight to the library and got a book, to find the techniques, then i would practise them, or just "wing it" and see how it turns out, which is how i made most of these first cakes. There was no way i could get the training, having just finished my qualifications...i was now a qaulified chef/cook, working 6 days in an italian restaurant and really only trying this out as a hobby!
(Heres a couple of cakes i did for a few birthdays i managed to latch on to!)
